Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenan ce Manager to support the maintenance and repair needs of our 22 restaurant locations. This role ensures facilities and equipment are safe, functional, and well maintained by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinating specialized services when needed.

Experience in general maintenance and facilities upkeep across multiple sites.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment issues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and routine repairs at restaurant locations.
Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues and determine next steps.
Complete minor repairs to doors, locks, fixtures, shelving, and other components.
Address plumbing-related maintenance, such as leaks and clogs, when appropriate.
Perform basic carpentry, painting, and other facility tasks.
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Travel regularly between restaurant locations and communicate repair status.
