Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in the Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to keep restaurant locations running smoothly. You’ll handle maintenance, work with vendors, keep equipment in shape, and prevent small issues from becoming big ones.

This role requires 2+ years in facilities or maintenance across multiple locations, basic plumbing/electrical/drywall skills, vendor relationships, organization, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll visit sites regularly and document processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and furniture repairs.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Practical and reliable with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance across all locations and company vehicles.
• Handle repairs and coordinate outside vendors when needed.
• Manage vendors, contracts and service providers while monitoring costs.
• Ensure equipment, cameras, alarms and access systems are functioning properly.
• Visit locations regularly, identify issues early, and keep maintenance records/procedures up to date.
