Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Virginia Beach market. You will work in the field, diagnose issues, and partner with Operations to keep restaurants safe and running smoothly.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, strong HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge with hands-on repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the Virginia Beach area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine repairs to perform internally vs. via vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
