Job summary

Nbutexas, a restaurant company, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee our DMV portfolio. You will handle issues as they arise, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors to keep locations running smoothly.

You will lead maintenance across properties, oversee preventive programs for safety and cleanliness, work with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience, and respond quickly to emergencies. Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-property facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration equipment.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability.

We are a Restaurant company seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee our portfolio in the DMV. We are seeking someone who can use their experience to take care of issues as they arise, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors.

Facilities Manager Responsibilities

• Lead all facilities maintenance issues across the entire portfolio with a hands-on approach to take care of smaller issues
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with a sense of urgency

Facilities Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multi-property facilities maintenance experience in minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Respectable level of knowledge of refrigeration equipment
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills along with an eagle eye for details.
• Ability to understand and speak Spanish
