Avenue5 Residential in Austin is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to address a broad range of apartment and property maintenance duties while upholding top-tier customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds; respond to emergencies; maintain work orders; ensure safety and compliance; and collaborate with residents and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other maintenance work as directed.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Keep accurate work orders and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about issues at the property.
