Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support apartment and property maintenance across assigned communities. The role emphasizes safety, curb appeal, and excellent resident service, under supervision.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and preventative maintenance, plus work orders and on-call emergency support. A valid driver’s license and English fluency are required, with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds care.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like wallboard work, cabinet replacement, and tile repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections for safety and curb appeal.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Respond to property emergencies, including weather-related events.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership on issues and maintain safety compliance.
• Uphold safety, risk management, and company policies.
• Provide professional, courteous interaction with residents and guests.
