Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hospitality leadership across multi-property settings
• Extensive experience managing Marriott-branded properties and knowledge of Marriott systems and standards
• Proven executive leadership to develop and inspire multi-property teams
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all hotel operations across the portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate General Managers and executive leadership teams to achieve objectives
• Ensure consistent execution of company initiatives and Marriott standards
• Lead hotel openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; drive revenue strategies and profitability
