Job summary

Sun Hill Properties Inc. seeks an Area General Manager to lead a portfolio of Marriott-branded hotels.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and talent development across all properties, reporting to ownership and executive leadership. You will partner with property leadership to execute Marriott standards, optimize revenue, and ensure objectives align with ownership goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience across multiple properties.
• Experience with Marriott-branded properties and familiarity with Marriott systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all hotel operations across the portfolio.
• Lead GMs and executive teams to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and corporate initiatives.
• Oversee openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects.
• Drive revenue and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, NOI.
• Develop leadership and succession planning across properties.
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with company values.
