Janus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead two Marriott Select Service properties in a high-demand leisure market in the United States. This role may be for a single property or a dual-property assignment for the right candidate, with compensation commensurate on experience.

The General Manager will drive overall performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability by leading operations, revenue management, and team development across both hotels, in a fast-paced seasonal

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hotel management, multi-property experience preferred.
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Marriott systems is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for two hotels and ensure brand standards.
• Lead teams to achieve guest satisfaction and top-line performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to ownership and regional leadership.
