Job summary

Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking an experienced Dual General Manager to lead two hotel properties. You will drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and a culture of accountability while developing high-performing teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong operations and revenue management skills, and the ability to inspire associates and uphold brand standards. This is an on-site, leadership position.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience at GM/AGM level or department head.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financials, and metrics.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and labor costs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Knowledge of revenue management, sales strategies, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hotel departments and operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and recognize associates while fostering a positive culture.
• Set performance expectations and ensure accountability across leadership teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability; monitor KPIs and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, asset protection, and property appearance.
• Lead meetings, communicate initiatives, and align hotel teams.
• Respond to emergencies and support strategic initiatives from leadership.
