The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in hospitality or related fields, with effective communication skills to foster collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and substantial multi-unit leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within hospitality or similar environment.
• 3+ years’ experience of successful multi-unit leadership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
