Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in a diverse biomedical environment.
• Perform device imaging for Windows and Macintosh workstations.
• Manage hardware and software installations both local and remote.
• Setup and configure mobile devices.
• Respond to incident and request tickets timely.
• Document all activities related to tickets and escalate as necessary.
