Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a motivated Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business in a fast-paced, in-office setting in Victoria, TX. You will manage a full portfolio of broadcast, digital, programmatic, and sponsorship solutions, building trusted client relationships and delivering tailored marketing strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales success, strong presentation and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience (required).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Experience identifying and securing new business.
Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
Represent our portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and campaign execution.
Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
