Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to join our Faribault/Owatonna market. This full-time, in-office role focuses on acquiring and managing a book of business with local businesses, delivering broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions.

You will conduct needs assessments, tailor marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales goals. A BA/BS is preferred, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
