Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist in Illinois. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, and recommend the right solutions to ensure satisfaction and support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, at least a "meets expectations" rating.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, completed required HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products.
• Recommend the right solutions and stay up-to-date with product features.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and store.
• Help achieve store sales goals while delivering excellent service.
