Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and determine their needs for Sherwin-Williams products.
• Answer questions and recommend right solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain store visual standards and high product quality.
• Support 20% time at additional nearby stores as needed.
