Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a part-time Store Associate for Store #3265 in Frankfort, IL to assist customers, determine needs, and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products. You will deliver excellent service, process sales, and help maintain displays and inventory.

You will work with both wholesale and retail customers, stay informed about product features, and aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
