Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist at Store #3265, 20200 LaGrange Road, Frankfort, IL. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommending products to meet needs and drive sales while upholding service and store presentation standards.

You will resolve concerns promptly and stay informed on product features, supporting operations across nearby stores including Orland Hills, New Lenox, Homer Glen, and Lockport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin-Williams internal: meets expectations rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Assist wholesale and retail customers to determine needs and recommend solutions.
• Answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and stay current on features.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high quality and visual standards of products and store.
• Support sales goals and cover nearby store locations as needed (20% time).
