Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our Philadelphia stores. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, recommend products, and help ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Prior retail or paint-supply experience is a plus. You will maintain product knowledge, stock shelves, and support deliveries while helping meet store sales goals and uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal right to work in the United States.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on features.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
