Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers at multiple New Jersey stores. You will help customers identify needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

The role includes assisting with sales, stocking, tinting/mixing, and occasional deliveries, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends. Previous retail or paint-related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep products tidy.
• Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable store areas.
