Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products to maximize satisfaction and store sales.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions, stock displays, tint and mix paints, and help with deliveries while maintaining stock integrity and product knowledge. This role requires a commitment to excellent service and physical readiness to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas.
