Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Philadelphia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns and maintain product quality and store standards.

Responsibilities include driving sales, handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting, loading deliveries, and staying knowledgeable about our paints and coatings. The role may require evenings/weekends at Stores #3743 and #3605.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals

• Process transactions accurately per policy
• Maintain product displays and stock
• Tint and mix products to customer specs
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries
