Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Monroeville and Pittsburgh areas. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and help them choose the right solutions.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix paints, and help maintain store displays while delivering outstanding service. This role may require evenings or weekends and lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
