Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Monroeville stores. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend appropriate paint solutions, and resolve concerns to maximize satisfaction while helping achieve sales goals.

The role requires lifting, driving capability, and availability to work evenings/weekends. Bilingual Spanish skills and prior paint-sales experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
