Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is hiring a Mail Room Driver to receive, sort, and distribute mail across multiple locations. You will also prepare outbound shipments, track records, and perform data entry while supporting inventory control and supplies.

A valid driving approach is essential for travel between sites. High school diploma or GED required; familiarity with FedEx/UPS workflows and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a mail room or logistics/shipping role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to recipients at various locations.
• Collect outgoing mail in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process outbound courier shipments.
• Track and log mailing records; maintain logs.
• Perform accurate data entry as needed.
• Maintain inventory of mail and shipping supplies.
• Deliver supplies to designated locations for mailing projects.
• Travel to and support all assigned work locations.
