Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating and managing relationships with contractors or service providers is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for facilities-related issues from store teams.
• Receive, assess, prioritize, and manage multiple facilities requests.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Maintain records of open and completed facilities requests and work orders.
• Able to prioritize competing requests based on safety, urgency, and impact.
• Support continuity of operations with weekend and after-hours coverage.
