Job summary

Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and overall functionality across our 27+ cafes. You will lead the internal facilities team and coordinate with technicians and external vendors, visiting locations regularly to identify and resolve issues.

The candidate should have 3+ years in facilities management or multi-location retail, strong project and budget skills, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management, maintenance operations, property management, or related experience (retail/hospitality preferred).
• Experience managing facilities teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and commercial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs across headquarters, warehouse, and cafe locations.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for cafe equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and building systems.
• Manage service requests from start to finish, prioritizing issues by urgency and impact.
