Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum two years of facilities management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders from request through resolution
• Coordinate repairs and small projects across multiple stores
• Track and prioritize issues, vendor activities, and milestones
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Proactively communicate status to stakeholders
• Serve as liaison between store teams and external service providers
• Maintain records of work orders, visits, and decisions
• Escalate issues with recommendations and solutions
