Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum of two years experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Proficient with agency management software and digital quoting tools.
• Strong communication style that builds rapport.
• Resident of or able to commute daily to Charlotte Hall, MD.
• Experience with consultative sales techniques rather than transactional selling.

Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage gaps and provide comprehensive risk management solutions.
• Manage a diverse book of business across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance lines.
• Execute proactive outreach to local community members to grow our footprint in Southern Maryland.
• Draft and present customized insurance proposals that reflect our clients' unique life stages and assets.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our office team to streamline workflows and improve client satisfaction.
