Prepare and present clear, accurate quotes that help families make informed decisions about their future.
Maintain regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside their life changes.
Collaborate with the local team to organize community events that build trust and visibility for our agency.
Manage incoming requests with a focus on responsiveness and genuine helpfulness.
Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Valid driver's license for occasional community outreach and local visits.
