Qualifications

• Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Detail-oriented with clear policy-language explanations.
• Experience with commercial lines is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risks of prospective clients and design comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Manage and grow a book of business with regular policy reviews.
• Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
• Engage with Bel Air businesses to expand the agency footprint.
• Collaborate with underwriters to tailor solutions for complex accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communications with clients as life changes.
