Qualifications

• Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
• Three or more years of experience managing a diverse insurance book.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.
• Clear and articulate communication for explaining complex policy details.
• Proactive problem-solving and client advocacy are essential.
• Experience in consultative sales or client-facing advisory role is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk profiles to craft comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Grow and maintain your portfolio by identifying new opportunities for policyholders.
• Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and empathy.
