The Atlantic District seeks a General Insurance Agent in Norristown to lead growth, operations and client service for a Farmers agency. You will meet clients, assess risk, and tailor coverage to protect what matters most for local families and businesses.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Deep understanding of personal and commercial insurance products.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.
• Ability to translate complex policy language into clear advice for clients.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in our Norristown office to evaluate their risks and discuss coverage needs.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes that provide genuine value to our local families and businesses.
• Manage policy renewals and updates to ensure our clients always have the right protection.
• Act as a local resource, answering questions and resolving concerns with patience and clarity.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure favorable terms for unique coverage requests.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions to maintain our high standard of service.
