Job summary

The Atlantic District in Annapolis is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to lead growth, operations, and client service for a Farmers agency. You will meet with individuals and businesses, assess needs, and craft protection plans that deliver real peace of mind for families and communities.

You will leverage your Maryland Property and Casualty license and strong advisory skills to manage a robust client pipeline, collaborate with teammates, and educate clients on risk management while contributing

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Effective ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to help individuals and families secure the coverage they truly need.
• Evaluate current insurance policies to ensure clients have the best possible protection for their circumstances.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of client interactions with a focus on genuine relationship building.
