The Atlantic District in Gloucester, Virginia seeks a Multi-line Agent to build a local client base and protection for families and businesses. You will conduct face-to-face consultations, review policies, and tailor plans with trust and care, while contributing to a collaborative team.

You'll operate in a dynamic community-focused office with a base salary plus commission and bonuses, benefits including health, retirement, PTO, and opportunities for career growth, all while working a flexible,

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Life and Health Insurance License.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face community networking.
• Valid driver's license for travel within the local region.
• Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Gloucester, Virginia area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base by connecting with community members and local business owners.
• Review existing insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful solutions.
• Deliver personalized insurance consultations to help families and businesses protect their assets.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the agency team to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
• Manage administrative documentation accurately to ensure regulatory compliance and client clarity.
