Job summary

The Atlantic District in Virginia Beach is seeking a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to join the local office. You will develop tailored insurance programs for individuals and businesses, and build lasting client relationships through in-person consultations and community networking.

You will manage needs assessments, maintain ongoing contact with policyholders, and contribute to team goals while leveraging agency systems and locally focused knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Virginia.
• Strong track record of growing an insurance book of business.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Experience with agency management systems or CRM platforms.
• Local knowledge of the Virginia Beach market and surrounding communities.
• Comfortable with in-person client consultations and community networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized insurance programs for local families and businesses.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure clients understand their coverage and identify potential gaps.
• Maintain ongoing contact with policyholders to review their evolving needs and adjust coverage accordingly.
