Qualifications

• Licenses in Pennsylvania for Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health.
• Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience with diverse carriers and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex insurance terminology into clear guidance for clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assess the unique coverage needs of individuals, families, and local business owners to ensure they are properly protected.
• Explain various insurance options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial security.

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.

• Experience working with diverse insurance carriers and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
