Job summary

The Atlantic District seeks an Insurance Agent to engage with Williamsburg neighbors, understand their insurance needs, and design tailored protection plans for families and business owners. You will guide clients through claims with empathy and stay active in the community through events and networking.

Ideal candidates have a Virginia license or the ability to obtain one, a proven sales or client-facing background, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong track record in sales or client-facing roles.
• Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating computer systems and database software.
• Genuine curiosity about people and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss insurance needs and long-term goals.
• Design customized protection strategies for families and businesses.
