US Tech Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure contracts with multi-family and multi-tenant properties, expanding our wired and wireless home/business services.

The role involves face-to-face outreach to owners, developers, and builders, coordinating with account management and network teams, and travel up to 75% to drive growth and revenue in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of fiber and wireless telecommunications.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in local market
• Database User proficiency
• Google Suite
• Ability to manage funnel in a sales objective based environment.
• Strong consulting, including prospecting, sales planning and proficiency with value based selling.
• Demonstrated influence skills with internal and external key stakeholders through relationships.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts with multi-family and multi-tenant properties to expand wiring and wireless services.
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication to identify decision makers.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Network teams to secure licenses and marketing rights.
• Present and propose capacity for service placement and cooperative marketing opportunities.
• Build relationships and manage data, sales pipeline and dashboards to meet targets.
