Qualifications

• 3+ years of telecommunications experience, including cable, fiber, or underground construction.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% annually, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications construction operations and the local subcontractor market.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business partners across multiple regions.
• Evaluate new partners for safety performance, fleet requirements, personnel qualifications, and overall fit.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement.
• Collaborate with internal operations to align recruitment with organizational objectives.
• Create market-specific recruitment plans based on growth objectives.
• Monitor recruitment channel performance and adjust strategies.
