Job summary

5 West Group seeks a prudent Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties in Cincinnati, OH. The goal is to maximize asset value and occupancy by delivering excellent tenant service and efficient operations.

You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, budgets, and vendor contracts, supervise onsite staff, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and collaborate with ownership and regional management to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing is required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors
• Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Help manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth
• Work closely with ownership and regional management to meet performance goals
