5 West Group is seeking a prudent Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties in Ohio. The role aims to maximize asset value and revenue through high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

You will manage leasing leads, coordinate with marketing, maintenance, and rent collection, and supervise on-site staff and contractors while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. A strong financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-family properties is required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and travel between sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and address concerns.
• Respond to leasing leads via phone and email in real time.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Help manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with ownership and regional management to meet performance goals.
