Group-Five-Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to serve as the on-site assistant leader of a multi-family community in our portfolio. You will help maintain occupancy, manage leasing and resident services, and supervise on-site staff.

The role focuses on risk management, financial responsibility, policy compliance, and capital improvements, with the goal of increasing revenue and reducing operating expenses through superior managerial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in multi-family management.
• Experience leading and managing on-site team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operational aspects of the community and meeting company goals in leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance and capital improvements.
• Supervise all on site personnel in leasing and maintenance functions and report to the Regional Manager.
• Adhere to performance standards with a focus on resident experience and retention.
• Collaborate on planning and implementing major capital improvement projects and staff training.
