5 West Group is seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to manage day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties in Canton, OH. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role includes responding to leasing leads in real time, supporting marketing, rent collection, and maintenance efforts, and collaborating with the property management team to meet performance goals. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing.
• Strong understanding of property management and financials.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Help control expenses, and support revenue growth.
• Work closely with Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to meet performance goals.
