Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee Cincinnati, OH properties. The role focuses on tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, and financial oversight in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple properties, review budgets, and ensure accurate expense coding while coordinating vendor services and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple commercial properties or portfolios.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio.
• Strong Excel, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants and property owners.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and other property services.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on necessary repairs.
• Review vendor invoices, approve payments, and ensure accurate expense coding.
• Monitor rent collections, outstanding balances, and tenant accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly property performance reports.
• Assist with annual property budgets and financial planning.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects, including roofing, parking lots, and lighting upgrades.
• Obtain vendor bids, review proposals, and manage service contracts.
