Job summary

AOG Living is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance for an apartment community. You will supervise the maintenance staff, manage make-ready and preventative maintenance projects, and ensure safety and efficiency across all units.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, preparing vacant units for move-in, and maintaining the maintenance budget. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills, and PM software experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• EPA Section 608 (HVAC/Freon Recovery) certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff and schedule activities.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Schedule safety and skills training for maintenance staff.
• Identify hazardous property conditions and address them.
• Manage supplies and maintenance budget.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
