Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in multi-family property management or leasing.
• Experience with HUD programs (HOPE VI, Section 8) desired.
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses and tours.
• Market property amenities and track inquiries.
• Process applications and assist with resident services.
• Maintain filing systems and prepare leasing packages.
• Assist with annual inspections and competitive marketing analyses.
• Notify residents of tenancy issues and assist with evictions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with leasing agreements and housing laws.
