Zusammenfassung

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to drive leasing events, promote resident services, and ensure smooth operation of property activities. You will work under the Property Manager to implement leasing policies and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

This role requires excellent customer service, multi-property travel, and strong coordination skills to support leasing goals and compliance with housing programs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and/or HOPE VI preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including HOPE VI and project-based Section 8.
• Proficiency in Yardi is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotional activities.
• Assist with development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manage property’s answering service and contact information to ensure excellent customer service.
• Notify residents of issues affecting tenancy and coordinate resolutions.
• File court documents for eviction and attend hearings as Landlord’s representative.
• Oversee security deposit administration including inspections, disposition letters, and refunds.
• Assist with building security measures and incident documentation.
• Maintain familiarity with accounts payable/receivable procedures.
