Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure property standards for safety and appearance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of property maintenance experience. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and delivery skills to connect with residents and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests within 24–48 hours and diagnose issues.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain property safety, cleanliness, and general repairs per policy and code requirements.
• Document work orders promptly and accurately for tracking and reporting.
