Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers assigned to one of our energy efficiency programs. You will identify opportunities for energy efficiency and introduce prescriptive and custom incentive measures to customers in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Technical school degree plus experience in electric/natural gas utility field considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to team members and assist in meeting program goals.
• Develop outreach plan to target key market segments and maximize efficiency goals.
• Coordinate outreach with Marketing, contractors, and utility client.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and trade allies.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and managers.
